Knowledge Sharing Session at Baker Hughes's Florence Campus

Within the Program, a Knowledge Sharing Session with G2Q Computing brought together Baker Hughes professionals in a dynamic, crossfunctional exchange on quantum computing. What began as a technical discussion evolved into a collaborative dialogue, where emerging technologies and deep industry expertise converged to generate new insights.
Powered by collaboration. Driven by shared knowledge. Shaping future technologies.

G2Q Computing

G2Q Computing is developing quantum computing solutions designed to solve
complex optimization problems in energy and industrial operations, translating deep
tech into something tangible for the industry, today.
Ekaterina Polyakova, Co-founder at G2Q Computing, shared how the Baker Hughes
Energy Ideas Generation Program helped bridge the gap between quantum technology
and real industrial needs.
The turning point came when the team moved beyond potential use cases and started
talking integration, scalability, and validation — the moment, as Ekaterina describes it,
when years of work finally felt worth it. Through direct collaboration with Baker Hughes
experts, G2Q Computing identified a concrete direction, refined their value proposition,
and learned to speak the language of industrial leaders.

UniSieve

UniSieve AG is advancing molecular sieving membranes designed to separate
hydrocarbons and enable point-source carbon capture – two critical levers for reducing
emissions in the industrial operations.
Jasmine Tacneng, Development Engineer at UniSieve, shared how the Baker Hughes
Energy Ideas Generation Program helped accelerate the adaption of the platform
technology to new gas separation applications
Through direct collaboration with industry experts, UniSieve was able to benchmark its
emerging solutions against state-of-the-art technologies, refine use cases, and identify
pathways for scale across industrial environments.
